Patients with average to above average credit will enjoy the six months interest free financing provided to every approved applicant.
The Advance Care Card is not a sub-prime credit product and applicants with credit challenges should always include a cosigner to improve their chances for approval.
The Advance Care Card application process is web based. No additional terminals or log in is required.Applications may be submitted as individual applications or include a cosigner.
The information required to complete the application is simple and similar to information required on most credit applications.Since the application is web based, patients may submit their application while at the provider's office or at home.
