“I’m fairly attractive and I could wear nice clothes. But I could never wear decent bathing suits or evening gowns,” says 42-year-old Bonnie (not her real name), whose small breasts shrunk after breast feeding. She had considered breast augmentation surgery but never felt she had “that type of money tucked away”. And she was pleased with the result of her surgery.”I’ve had no complications from the surgery and no scarring visible. Now anything I put on is just sexy,” she says. “I told my doctor, ‘I don’t want to be a pin-up, but I want to look voluptuous’. There’s a big difference there because I’m a professional woman. I didn’t want my husband to be part of the decision because he’d go for the biggest cup size”, she adds, laughing”.
